A DELICOUS NEW TRADITION
This month marked the exciting launch of our new monthly cooking night, this time specially organized for a group of men from the Salvation Army. While we’ve been hosting these cooking evenings for the ladies for quite some time now, we’re thrilled to announce that from now on, both the men’s and women’s groups will enjoy a dedicated night once a month.
A FLAVORFUL START
To kick off this new chapter, three team members from The Bulldog teamed up with none other than Henk de Vries to take the lead for the evening. The experience began with planning the menu, shopping for groceries, and then preparing and serving a delicious three-course meal to around 20 men.
The theme of the evening was Italian cuisine and what a treat it was! The menu featured a classic antipasti platter to start, followed by a rich and creamy cheese-based pasta dish for the main course, and finished off with a delightful panna cotta for dessert. After all, who doesn’t love Italian food?
A SUCCESSFUL FIRST NIGHT AND MANY MORE TO COME
The night was a great success filled with good food, warm conversations, and plenty of smiles. It was a fantastic way to kick off this new monthly tradition, and we’re already looking forward to next month when a new group of employees will step up to take on the next cooking night.
Let the good food and good company continue!
