TIME FOR OUR MONTHLY COOKING NIGHT

It was once again time for the monthly Cooking Night hosted by the Salvation Army, a much-anticipated event that brings together a goup of ladies for a cozy evening of food and connection. Each month, two different volunteers—dedicated staff members from The Bulldog—step up to help by gathering groceries and preparing a delicious three-course meal for everyone to enjoy.

A DELICOUS THREE-COURSE MEAL

This month’s menu was a hit! To start, the evening kicked off with a warm and comforting tomato soup, perfectly seasoned to bring out the rich flavors of the tomatoes. For the main course, the volunteers served a creamy mushroom pasta topped with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, making it an irresistible dish that quickly won everyone over. And to round off the meal, dessert featured homemade waffles, served warm with a side of fresh fruit and a scoop of vanilla ice cream—a sweet finish that delighted everyone.

AN EVENING OF LAUGHTER, GOOD FOOD & WARM MEMORIES

The night was a resounding success, with the food enjoyed by all and the room filled with laughter and warmth. As the evening wound down, the ladies left with full hearts and happy stomachs, already looking forward to next month’s Cooking Night!
