THE BULLDOG x THE SALVATION ARMY

This February, we once again hosted our monthly cooking night, a special collaboration between The Bulldog and the Salvation Army.
As a team, we come together to create a warm and delicious evening for 40 women from the Salvation Army. The Bulldog proudly sponsors this initiative by providing groceries and preparing a three-course meal, with volunteers made up entirely of our dedicated staff members.

OUR MARKETING & DESIGN TEAM TAKES CHARGE

This month, our talented Marketing & Design ladies were in charge of organizing the evening, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful night. Their passion for food and creativity shone through in every dish, making it an unforgettable experience for all.

AN ITALIAN INSPIRED MENU

For this month’s theme, we drew inspiration from Italian cuisine, with a touch of Spanish flair.

  • Starter: Caprese Salad – A fresh and simple classic, featuring ripe tomatoes, high-quality olive oil, fragrant basil, and delicious mozzarella. A crowd-pleaser!
  • Main Course: Orzo with Roasted Vegetables & Grilled Chorizo – A fusion of Italy and Spain, combining perfectly cooked orzo with flavorful roasted vegetables and smoky grilled chorizo.
  • Dessert: Banana Split – A nostalgic favorite that (almost) everyone loves, rounding off the meal on a sweet note.

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

The evening was a huge success. The dishes were enjoyed by all, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the ladies had a fantastic time. We left with full hearts, feeling grateful for the opportunity to give back in such a meaningful way.

With another memorable night behind us, we’re already excited for next month’s cooking night and brainstorming new menu ideas. A big thank you to the Salvation Army for allowing us to be part of this initiative. We can’t wait to do it all over again!
