
A NIGHT TO SAVOR
This month’s cooking night was a heartwarming success, hosted for a client group of the Salvation Army, around 30 men who gathered for an evening of good food, great company, and shared joy. The incredible team from The Bulldog Palace stepped in as guest chefs, bringing their culinary flair and generous spirit to the table
COMFORT IN EVERY BITE
The evening began with a refreshing Rocket Salad, drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze and topped with creamy burrata. It was a simple yet elegant dish that set the tone for the night. Comfort in every Bite. For the main course, the chefs served up a traditional lasagna—layered with savory meat, velvety béchamel, and perfectly melted cheese. It was hearty, satisfying, and made with love.
Dessert was a silky panna cotta, delicately sweet and beautifully presented. It was the perfect ending to a meal that celebrated warmth and hospitality.
ATMOSPHERE & APPRECIATION
The atmosphere was buzzing with laughter, conversation, and smiles all around. The clients were clearly enjoying themselves, and the sense of community was palpable. It was more than just a meal; it was a moment of connection and care. A huge thank you to the Salvation Army. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
