A TASTE OF SUMMER
For a bright summer evening, we put together a refreshing yet hearty menu. The meal began with a Greek yogurt dip, tangy with lemon, dill, and garlic, served alongside fresh cucumber sticks and warm baguette—an inviting start to the meal. For the main course, we served a comforting sweet potato stamppot packed with flavors from sautéed onions, leeks, kohlrabi, celeriac, parsley, and butter. Sausages were available on the side for anyone who wanted an extra savory bite. To wrap up the evening on a sweet note, we offered a simple but delicious chocolate dessert pudding. The women were delighted, and their appreciation was evident in every smile.

The Cooking Night was a wonderful success, filled with gratitude, laughter, and connection. Cooking for these amazing women is always a joy, and their warmth reminds us why we look forward to this event each month.
